Blackout AI Labs delivers AI strategy, execution, and implementation services. These include, but are not limited to:

• Strategic assessments (e.g., AI Readiness Scorecard)

• One-day deployments (e.g., BlackBox GoLive™)

• Proprietary systems and playbooks (e.g., BlackBox OS™)

• Ongoing advisory and training

All engagements are subject to mutually agreed scopes of work or service agreements.

All content on this site—including text, visuals, frameworks, and trademarks such as BlackBox OS™, BlackBox GoLive™, and Force Multiplier Firm™—is owned by Blackout AI Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any material without express written permission.

We treat all client data, strategic information, and proprietary use cases with strict confidentiality. By engaging us, you agree to uphold the same confidentiality standards for any materials we provide under NDA or engagement terms.

Prices for services (e.g., GoLive events or consulting packages) are clearly stated on our site or in proposals. Full payment is typically due before delivery unless otherwise arranged. Refund policies will be governed by the terms in your specific engagement agreement.

Due to the nature of high-intensity strategy sessions and resource allocation, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

Blackout AI Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services. All services are offered “as-is,” and outcomes are dependent on client execution and implementation.

We do not offer legal, tax, or investment advice. Our strategies and recommendations are advisory in nature and should be reviewed alongside your legal or compliance counsel.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising shall be handled exclusively in the appropriate courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

Blackout AI Labs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of changes via this page. Continued use of the site or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
